办公废纸 废木刨花制作家具碎料板的研究

对办公废纸与废木刨花复合制造家具材料的工艺进行了研究，并应用制得的废纸 木刨花碎料板制作了装饰矮柜和中式茶几。研究结果表明，纯纸板的物理力学性能较低，以1∶1(绝干质量比)的比例加入工厂废木刨花后制得的碎料板，其力学性能达到了国家标准中对家具及室内装饰用刨花板材的要求，利用纸质碎料板制作办公家具在工艺上是可行的。

Prepavation of Composites for Furniture with Waste and Wood Particles

The manufacturing process of particle board for furniture materials, made of waste paper and wood particle, was studied and discussed, and an ornament short cabinet and a conventional teapoy were manufactured in the laboratory with this panel. The results showed that the mechanical property of panel, made of waste paper, was low. However, the mechanical property of the panel could meet the demand of particle board for furniture and ornament in the Chinese national standard, when wood particle was blended with waste paper and made into panel. The application of waste paper based panel was feasible in office fumiture making.
