转Xa21基因培矮64S R2代性状的表现

摘    要:观察了培矮64S转Xa21基因R2代植株的抗病性及其农艺性状,结果表明,多数转Xa21基因植株抗病力显著高于对照,抗病植株均能检测到Xa21特异扩增带,它能稳定遗传并表达,标记基因GUS只在种子愈伤组织中表达,而在叶片中不表达,它和Xa21基因呈连锁.不同转基因株系间农艺性状变异显著,与对照培矮64S也有明显差异.

Abstract:The resistance to bacterial blight and agronomy characteristic were observed for the R2 generation of transgenic plants from Peiai64S. The results showed that most of transgenic plants have higher resistance to Xanthomonas oryza pv.oryzae than that of the control (Peiai64S). A special marker band of Xa21 was identified in the resistant plants with PCR technique. It indicated that Xa21 gene can be inherited and expressed steadily, and also GUS reporter gene can be expressed in the callus of seed, but not in the leaves. In the transgenic lines and the control Peiai64S,their agronomy characteristic has remarkable difference
