湖北省板栗品种物候期的多元统计分析

摘    要:在物候期观测的基础上,对湖北省16个板栗品种物候期进行了系统聚类和主成分分析。聚类分析结果表明:16个板栗品种可按物候期分为五大类:中熟品种,早雌花晚落叶品种,晚熟品种,长雌花期品种和早花期品种。主成分分析结果表明:前5个主成分的累计贡献为95.80¥,它们分别说明了雄花期,雌花授粉有效期,幼果开始发育期,果实完全成熟期和物候期中的重要性。

Abstract:On the base of phenological observation , phenological period of 16 chestnut varieties had been studied by the cluster analytical method and the principal components analytical method. Result of the cluster analysis manifested: The 16 chestnut varieties could divided into 5 types, 1.middle variety, 2.early female flower late defoliation variety, 3. late maturing variety, 4.female long-flowering variety, 5.early flowering period variety. Result of the principal components analysis manifested: The additive contributing rate of first five principal components amounts to 95.80%, they have distinguished the importance of male flower period ,female flower pollinate validity period , fruit formation period ,full ripe and defoliation in the phenological period.
