| 摘 要： | 用玉米饲喂平时吃草的8只山羊后,测定了其瘤胃内拟杆菌、牛链球菌、乳酸杆菌、韦荣氏球菌、原生动物的数量以及pH值和乳酸盐浓度。结果:拟杆菌的数量明显减少,随后消失。而牛链球菌、乳酸杆菌、韦荣氏球菌、消化链球菌的数量和乳酸盐的浓度都有不同程度的增加。瘤胃pH值迅速下降,瘤胃原生动物显著减少,最后消失。

| Abstract: | The number of Bacteroides, Streptococcus bovis, Lactobacilli, Veillonella, Peptostreptococcus, Protozoa, the pH value and the concentration of lactate in the rumen fluid of eight goats that live on grass were determined after they were fed with corn. The results were as follows:The number of Bacteroides decreased obviously, then disappeared. The number of Streptococcus bovis,Lactobacilli, Veillonalla, Peptostreptococcus and the concentration of lactate increased in different degree. The ruminal pH value dropped rapidly. The ruminal protozoa contents were reduced obviously, then disappeared. |
