菜籽饼饲粮添加氨基酸对雏鸡生长的效应

摘    要:本试验用10日龄成都白鸡研究了12%菜籽饼(RSM)饲粮添加氨基酸(赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、精氨酸和异亮氨酸)对雏鸡生长的效应。四周的试验结果证明:在12%的RRM饲粮中添加赖氨酸或/和蛋氨对增重、饲料利用率影响不大。同时添加赖氨酸和精氨酸对提高增重的效果一样,但前者显著提高饲料利用率,达到与豆饼饲粮组一样的水平。添加赖氨酸、蛋氨酸和异亮氨酸对雏鸡生长性能有微弱的不利作用。添加氨基酸并不能改善RSM对甲状腺、肝和肾重的影响。

Abstract:When diets containing rapeseed meal(RSM) were supplemented with various amino acid(AA), chick performance was dependent on the combination of AA. Addition of lysine or methionine alone had a little adverse effect, but the combination of these two AA had. no effect on chick performance. Combination of lysioe, methionine and arginine improved growth as efficiently as combination of lysine and arginine, but the former improved feed efficiency significantly(P<0.05). Supplemeutation of lysine, methionine and isoleucine depressed chick performance. Supplementation of AA had no effect on the size of thyroid, liver, and kidney. Some changes in plasma free AA were found with chicks supplemented witn AA.
