缺钼对冬小麦不同品种叶绿素含量和叶绿体超微结构的影响

摘    要:缺钼胁迫对冬小麦不同品种叶片叶绿素含量和叶绿体超微结构的影响不同,缺钼时钼高效冬小麦品种97003叶绿素含量显著降低,钼低效品种97014极显著降低,钼高效品种缺钼时叶绿素含量接近低效品种施钼后的叶绿素含量。同时对冬小麦叶绿体超微结构的观察发现叶绿体发生变异。钼低效品种97014缺钼时单个细胞叶绿体数目减少,叶绿体间断裂、分散,叶绿体体积变小、由长条形为主变为圆形为主,叶绿体基粒数目少、堆叠层数少且发育不良。钼高效品种则叶绿体变异少,表明在叶绿体结构上存在不同品种差异,叶绿体是碳同化器官,其结构变异表明叶绿素及植株碳代谢受阻。

Abstract:Mo deficiency affected the chlorophyll content and ultrastructure of chloroplast of winter wheat cultivars.Content of chlorophyll decreased significantly(P<0.01) in two winter wheat cultivars under Mo deficiency.The ultrastructure of chloroplast was aberrant under Mo deficiency especially in Mo inefficient cultivar 97014.In Mo inefficient cultivar 97014,the number of chloroplast in a cell decreased,and the volume of chloroplast shrinked and the shape changed from oblong to sphere;Rupture and disperse happened in the chloroplast;The number of grana and the intergranal lamellae decreased.Less aberrance happened in Mo efficient cultivar 97003.These indicated that there was difference in ultrastructure of chloroplast in the two winter wheat cultivars,thus inhibited the metabolism of chlorophyll and carbon since chloroplast was the center of carbon assimilation.
