香灵菜花菇品种选育及栽培技术研究

摘    要:"香灵菜花菇"是永安市西南研究所从大杯香菇(大杯蕈)和白阿魏侧耳(白灵菇)多孢子杂交获得的菌株,该菌株子实体纯白色,形状如花菜,有的如扁平花菜,菌褶清晰.通过3年的栽培示范,该品种生物学特性基本稳定.经永安市科技局科技项目验收,参会专家暂定名为"香灵菜花菇".

Abstract:Xiangling cauliflower mushroom was a kind of multi-spored bacterial strain,which was crossbreed with Clitocybe maxima and white Pleurotus ferulae.The sporophore of this kind of bacterial strain is white,some of them looks like cauliflower or flat cauliflower,and we can see the gill clearly.Demonstration by three years of cultivation,the biological characteristics of the species is stable.The technology projects was accepted successfully by participants experts of Yongan Science and Technology Bureau,and was...
