培养料对鲍鱼菇多糖含量和抗氧化性的影响

摘    要:研究了芦笋老茎培养料对鲍鱼菇BH和BS菌株子实体的多糖含量和抗氧化性的影响,结果表明,在芦笋老茎培养料里添加无机盐MgSO4、KH2PO4和碳源葡萄糖、麦芽糖、蔗糖、乳糖、淀粉,并不能提高鲍鱼菇子实体的多糖含量,反而对多糖的合成有一定的抑制作用;BH菌株子实体的多糖含量明显高于BS菌株。对于鲍鱼菇BS菌株来说,芦笋老茎培养料里添加无机盐MgSO4,能导致子实体抗氧化性成份提取率的显著提高。从样品清除DPPH.的能力和还原能力综合评价,在芦笋老茎培养料里不添加任何碳源和无机盐的情况下,BS菌株子实体的抗氧化性明显高于BH菌株;在培养料里添加乳糖和MgSO4,能导致BH菌株子实体抗氧化性显著提高。在培养料里添加蔗糖和MgSO4,能导致BS菌株子实体抗氧化性显著提高。

Abstract:The influence of asparagus old stem medium on antioxidant activity and polysaccharide content of fruitbody of Pleurotus abalonus was studied.The results showed that addition of carbon sources(glucose,maltose,lactose,sucrose and starch) and inorganic salts(MgSO4 and KH2PO4) into medium could not increase significantly the polysaccharide content of fruitbody of this fungus.The polysaccharide content of fruitbody of BH strain was higher than that of BS strain.Addition of MgSO4 into medium could result in the s...
