摘    要:采用ERIC-PCR分析技术,对11株棕色蘑菇栽培菌株亲缘关系进行了分析。结果表明,供试的11株棕色蘑菇菌株具有一定的遗传多样性,在68%的相似水平上把供试菌株分为3个类群,其中菌株011自成一组,与其它菌株具有较远的亲缘关系;菌株009和010相似水平达到95%以上,表明它们具有较近的亲缘关系。

Abstract:The phylogenetic relationship of 11 cultivated stains of Agaricus brunnescens was analysised based on ERIC-PCR technique.The results indicated the moderate genetic diversity among the tested strains,and these tested strains could be clustered into 3 groups at the level of 68%.The single strain 011 was clustered into a group,which inferred a far phylogenetic relationship with other strains.However,strains 009 and strain 010 showed a closer phylogenetic relationship since their coefficient was over 95%.
