摘    要:目的]提高麻城黑山羊的生产性能。方法]选用四川简阳大耳黑山羊公羊和麻城黑山羊母羊进行1次杂交,对杂交后代进行自群繁育时,建立1个育种核心场与几个育种场,形成育种繁育体系,2006年对经选育后的麻城黑山羊的生产性能指标进行观测。结果]选育后的麻城黑山羊公、母羊初生、3月龄、12月龄各阶段的平均体重分别比选育前提高了6.29%、7.78%、9.57%和5.71%、9.23%、8.97%,体尺指标也有提高;产羔性能十分突出,产双羔以上母羊比例高达82.30%,平均年产羔率达到346%;经选育后的麻城黑山羊12月龄屠宰率为51.4%、净肉率为34.8%、肉骨比为3.88,与选育前相比,屠宰率有明显提高(P<0.05);繁殖性能也得到了改善。结论]选育后的麻城黑山羊的各项生产性能均得到提高,选育效果明显。

Observation on the Breeding Effect of Macheng Black Goats
Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to enhance the production performance of Macheng black goats.Method] The hybrid progenies were produced from a hybridization of male black goats with big ears from Jianyang of Sichuan and female Macheng black goats.The breeding cultivation system consisted of 1 core breeding field and a few breeding fields was established during their intersex breeding.The production performance indices of selected Macheng black goats were observed in 2006.Result] Compared with initial Macheng black goats, the average body weights of selected primary, 3 months old and 12 months old male and female Macheng black goats were enhanced by 6.29%, 7.78%, 9.57% and 5.71%, 9.23%, 8.97% resp.;their body sizes also had som increment;their lambing was very outstanding, the proportion of female goats produced more than two lambs was up to 82.30% and their average annual lambing rate was up to 346%.The slaughter rate, net meat percentage and meat-bone ratio of selected 12 months old Macheng black goats were 51.4%, 34.8% and 3.88.Compared with initial goats, their slaughter rate was enhanced significantly (P<0.05) and their propagation performances were improved, too.Conclusion] All the production performances of selected Macheng black goats were enhanced and the breeding effect was significant.
