摘    要:本研究以间溴苯甲醛为原料,先用氢化铝锂还原得3-溴苯甲醇,然后保护羟基得甲氧基甲基(3-溴苄基)醚。将其先进行格氏化,再与丙酮反应得3-(2-羟基异丙基)甲氧基甲基醚,然后脱水得3-(2-丙烯基)苯甲醇.将其与氯化亚砜反应得目标产物3-(2-丙烯基)苯甲基氯。

Abstract:In this paper, 3-Bromobenaldehyde was used as the starting material which was reduced with LiAlH4 to get3-Bromobenzyl carbinol. The hydroxy of the compound 3-bromobenzyl carbinol was protected to attain compound methoxy-methy(3-bromobenzyl) ether. Compound was converted to Grignerd regeant and then reacted with Ketone to yield compound 3-(2-hydroxyiso propyl) methoxy-methy-ether. After dehydrotated and deprotected, we can get compound 3-(2-propylen) benzyl carbinol. The compound reacted with SOCl2 to give the title compound 3-(2-propylen) benzyl chloride.
