摘    要:着重论述了林木抗虫,抗菌,抗除草剂,生殖发育调控,抗逆境,材性改良等转基因林木的研究进展,简述了转基因林木的应用现状,提出了林木基因工程现存的问题,并对该领域进行了展望。

Abstract:This review summarizes the research advance in genetic transformation of forest trees, including the following aspects: insect resistance, disease resistance, herbicide resistance, modification of reproductive development, abiotic stresses, wood property improvement and the status of release and application of transgenic trees. Meanwhile, the general situation of basic research in transgenic forest trees are also reviewed. The problems and future prospects in genetic transformation of forest trees are discussed.
