摘    要:试验研究水杨酸(SA)对镍(Ni)胁迫下甜瓜幼苗膜系统、光合系统和抗氧化酶系统的变化规律。结果表明:Ni胁迫下甜瓜幼苗的SOD、POD、CAT活性、游离脯氨酸含量和丙二醛含量上升,叶绿素含量下降;水杨酸处理显著提高了Ni胁迫下甜瓜幼苗抗氧化酶活性和叶绿素含量,降低了游离脯氨酸、MDA含量;水杨酸能够减轻Ni对甜瓜幼苗的伤害。

Abstract:In order to studied protective effects of salicylic acid on oxidative damaged of melon seedlings.The changes of SA on membrane system,photosynthetic system and of antioxidant enzyme system were investigated.The results showed that the activities of SOD,POD and CAT,the contents of free proline and MDA increased under Ni stress,but the content of chlorophyll decreased.SA pretreatment increased the activities of SOD,POD,CAT and the content of chlorophyll significantly,the contents of free proline and MDA decre...
