我国热带山地稻种类缘的探讨

摘    要:1981-1983年通过我国热带山地稻种与我国普通籼、粳杂交共186个组合的杂交F#-1结实率研究结果表明,在形态鉴定的基础上,通过杂交F#-1的结实率研究稻种的亲缘关系是可取的。从试验结果,得以分析低纬山地稻种的类型分化和在进化上的地位。其中有些品种与普通籼、粳杂交,即可以获得较高结实率的后代,在育种上可加以利用,以扩大遗传背景,並提出超高产育种的设想。

A STUDY ON THE AFFINITY OF HILLY RICE IN THE TROPICS OF CHINA

Abstract:186 crosses were made in "1981, with different varieties of rice from Yunnan, Hainan, Taiwan provinces and also those of Indonesia, Nepal, America to common Hsien and Keng varieties. The results were as follows:1. When the common Hsien varieties crossed with Yunnan varieties, the percentage of fertilization in F_1 seemed to be decreasing along with Yunnan Hsien to Yunnan Keng (dry land) to Yunnan Keng; it varied a great deal (10-90%) with Hainan varieties, however, just in minor extent (60-90%)with Taiwan dry land rice.2. When the common Keng varieties crossed with Yunnan varieties, the percentage of fertilization in F_1 seemed to be decreasing along with Yunnan Keng to Yunnan Keng (dry land) to Yunnan Hsien; high percentage occurred in case of crossing with Hainan varieties (70-90%).3. The percentage of fertilization in F_1 between Hsien/Hsien, Keng/Keng and Hsien/Keng of Yunan varieties, ranging from 70-80%, showed no significent difference. It seemed that the Hsien and Keng varieties in Yunnan were the products of the vertical distribution due to various topography and geomorphology.4. When the varieties of Hsien and Keng crossed with javanica, the percentage of fertilization in F_1 were in medium range and higher respectively (63.7 and 84.6%).5.When all glabrous chaffed varieties were crossed with Keng, a high percentage of fertilization was shown in F_1 (63-81%), but just 34-50% with Hsien. Among them, Yunnan variety seemed to have close relationship with Hsien (Hsien 50%, Keng 63%), probably due to its earlier differentiation.From above results, it is not impossible to explain the affinity of hilly rice in the tropics of China, and to establish the idea for the highly productive breeding of rice.
