A Study on Economic Effects and Acts of Government in Development of Ecological Agricultural Cluster

Ecological agricultural cluster is an important innovation in the development of modern agriculture. In this course, effects as concentration effect, competition-cooperation effect, environment protection effect and brand effect play an irreplaceable role in developing regional economy, improving rural environment and resources, and promoting competitive strength of agricultural products. However, the development of ecological agriculture cluster is greatly restricted due to the insufficient supply of infrastructures, exterior factors such as knowledge spillover, high cost of input and fine management of arable land. Therefore, it is required that government should decide and innovate in respect of cluster planning, system supply, public service and market building. In this way can healthy development of agricultural cluster be ensured.
