本文分析了定西市马铃薯产业具有的生产规模、储存加工设备和市场营销等基础,独特的气候资源、土地空间资源、交通运输条件、品质品牌等优势;以及品种老化、管理方式粗放、贮藏能力不足、薯户组织分散,深加工能力不强、销售渠道不畅等问题。从产业规划,品种更新、产品结构优化,栽培管理和引进技术,专业组织,利益分配机制,产业链和深加工能力,市场信息网络建设方面,提出了促进定西市马铃薯产业发展的对策。

Advantages, Problems and Countermeasures of Potato Industrialization Development in Dingxi of Gansu Province

The potato industry in Dingxi had a larger scale of production, storage and processing equipment and marketing base. It also had advantages in special climate resources, land resources, transportation and quality brand. However, some problems also cropped up with the development of potato industry, such as varieties of aging, extensive management style, lack of storage capacity, potato farmers organizations dispersed, deep processing capacity was not strong, ineffective marketing channels. In this paper, some adaptation strategies was put forward from the aspects of the industry planning, the creation of new species, the product structure optimization, the cultivation management, the introduction of technology, the professional organization, the interest distribution mechanism, the industry chain, deep processing capacity and the network construction of market information.
