水稻多胚性遗传研究

用籼型多胚苗品系与单胚苗品系杂交，构建了P_1、P_2、P_0、F_1、B_(c1)、E_(c2)、F_2群体对多胚性的遗传研究结果表明：1）正交F_0出现多胚苗，反交F_0本出现；2）多胚苗遗传有胞质效应，其强弱因遗传背景而异；3）多胚性受一对隐性基因控制；4）紫──绿多胚苗中，绿苗稳定，紫苗分离，但显、隐关系相反。

STUDIES ON GENETICS OF RICE POLYEMBRYONY SEEDLINGS

6 populations, i. e. P1, P2, Bc1,F1 (parentai and reciprocal) and F2,derived from crosses between four indica polyembryony seedling lines and monoembryony seedling Iines were used to study the inheritance of polyembryonic charaeter. The result showed that: 1) Twins only appeared in parental F0, but not in reciprocal Fo. 2) Cytoplasmic effect .existed in the twin inheritance which varied with lines. 3) The polyembryonic chartcter is controlled by a pair of recessive genes (aa) , and 'heterozygous genotype (Aa) ', also generated a small amount of twins. 4) Iu green-puryle twin seedlings. the green seedling didn' t segregate genetically, hut the purple .eedling segregated, its rate of pureple to green sedlings deviated from the 3: 1 model.
