壳聚糖对獭兔生产性能的影响研究

选用240只45日龄的獭兔,随机分成Ⅰ组(基础日粮组)和试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组4个处理组,壳聚糖添加量分别为0、0.01%、0.05%和0.10%。每个处理组6个重复,每个重复10只獭兔,试验期50d。试验表明:与对照组相比,试验组Ⅲ可以显著降低料肉比(P<0.05);饲料中添加壳聚糖可以有效预防腹泻;壳聚糖对营养物质消化率及被毛密度没有显著影响。

Effect of Chitosan on the Production Performance of Rex Rabbit

We selected 240 numbers 45 days old Rex rabbit and randomly divided into 4 groups.The first test group(the control group,Ⅰ) the second test group(Ⅱ),the third group(Ⅲ) and the forth group(Ⅳ),in each group it was 6 replicated,and each replication had 10 Rex rabbits;the Chitosan was respectively added into the feed stuff for 4 groups by the amount of 0,0.01%,0.05%,and 0.10 %;the rabbits were fed 50 days.The tests showed that,compaired with the control group,the third group effectively reduced the feed to gain ratio(P<0.05);adding chitosan in the feed stuff prevention of diarrhea in rabbits;chitosan had no significant effect on nutrient digestibility and the density of hair.
