玉米改良单交种比较研究的初步结果

1986—1988年7在多试验环境下,对玉米自交系的姊妹交,及其改良单交种进行了比较研究。结果表明:利用姊妹交显著提高单交制种产量,一般增产20%左右,可以缩小制种面积,提高制种效率。增产的主要原因为,姊妹交的隐产性好,百粒重和穗行粒数都有增加。对姊妹亲本系经严洛比较筛选后配制的改良单交种一般和普通单交种一样保持高度的生长整齐性和强大的杂种优势。至于姊妹亲本系间的最佳遗传差异及其标椎和性状间的互补关系要进一步探讨和研究。

COMPA RING THE PREFOMANCES OF IMPRVED SINGLE—CROSS CORN HYBRIDS

Corn(Maize L.)sib-Line hybrids and their improved hybrids were studied in several environments from 1986-1988.The result showed thatsib-line hybrids enhanced 20% in the seed yield significantly.Themain factars for the increased seed yield were due to the increases ofstability,100-seed weight and the nuber seed per row of the sib-linehybrids.The improved single-cross hybrid from sib-lines selected bythe comparison possessed the same growth uniformity great heterosis as acommon corn hybrid.The best genetic devergence and criterion as wellas the characteristic compensation between the sib-lines remainedto be studied.
