DNA疫苗研究进展

摘    要:核酸疫苗作为第3代新型疫苗,其制作简单、经济安全、易于贮存运输等优点已日益引起广泛重视。复制型或称“自杀性”DNA 疫苗是基于常规的DNA疫苗和自主复制型RNA疫苗而发展起来的一种新型疫苗,具备高度的安全稳定性和对外源基因的高效表达。作者简述了常规DNA疫苗的发展过程和复制型DNA疫苗的研究进展。
