摘    要:本文对黑穗醋果叶片所含营养成分如蛋白质、氨基酸、抗坏血酸等进行了不同处理的浸提和分析。结果表明,黑穗醋栗叶片含有丰富的蛋白质、氨基酸和抗坏血酸等营养素,很有利用价值。

Abstract:Nutritive compositions of Black Currant (Ribcs nigrum L.) leaves such as protein, amino acids and ascorbic acid were analyzed in different extracting ways. The results indic cated that Black Currant leaves were rich in many nutritive elements such as protein, amino acids and ascorbic acid which would be of great value in utilization.
