摘    要:为获得冬虫夏草寄主蝙蝠蛾幼虫的最佳饲养方式与饲料投放量,设置CK、T1-T5共6个试验组分别开展无基质饲养和基质饲养试验,其中T1-T3基质组同时开展饲料投放量对比试验。试验表明基质饲养组幼虫存活率明显高于无基质饲养组,从幼虫存活率而言更适于规模化人工饲养蝙蝠蛾幼虫;饲料投放量对比处理中T1试验组幼虫存活率明显高于T2和T3试验组,可以表明在一定饲料投放区间内增加饲料投放量有利于提高蝙蝠蛾幼虫存活率。

Effect of feeding methods on survival of Hepialus larvae
Abstract:In order to obtain the best feeding method and feed quantity of Hepialus larvae of ophiocordyceps sinensis at low altitude, six test groups, CK and T1-T5, were set up to conduct matrix-free feeding and matrix feeding tests, of which the T1-T3 matrix group also launched feed feeding. Volume comparison test. The test showed that the survival rate of the larvae of the substrate feeding group was significantly higher than that of the substrate-free feeding group. From the perspective of the larval survival rate, it was more suitable for large-scale artificial rearing of Hepialus larvae. In the T3 test group, it can be shown that increasing the amount of feed in a certain range of feed is beneficial to improve the survival rate of Hepialus larvae.
