龙脑型阴香叶片精油得率影响因素研究

摘    要:结合企业生产实际,以提高精油得率为目标,采用水蒸气蒸馏法,研究叶片采摘季节、叶片鲜度、叶片浸泡时间和破碎处理以及不同的蒸馏方法对龙脑型阴香 (Cinnamomum burmannii chvar. borneol ) 精油得率的影响,结果表明在 10-12 月至次年 1 月采叶,以新鲜叶片,叶片不需浸泡和简单破碎处理,采用隔水蒸馏法可以获得较高的精油得率。

Abstract:Combining the reality of enterprise production, in order to improve the essential oil yield, Use the hydrodistillation, the leaf picking season, the fresh degree of distillation leaf, leaf soaking time, crushing processing and two different methods of distillation influence the essential oil yield of Cinnamomum burmannii chvar. borneol, the results show that picking leaf in October to December and January of next year, distillation with fresh leaves , leaf does not need to soak and simple crushing processing ,using water seperation distillation method can obtain higher oil yield.
