马铃薯潜在害蚜—月季长管蚜

摘    要:本文通过室内转接试验,发现月季长管蚜能在马铃薯苗上存活并迅速扩大种群,表明马铃薯是该种蚜虫的潜在寄主。本文测定了几种杀虫剂对月季长管蚜无翅成蚜的室内毒力,结果表明吡虫啉、啶虫脒、氟啶虫胺腈和吡蚜酮对月季长管蚜毒力高,可作为首选防治药剂。

Macrosiphum rosirvorum Zhang as a potential aphid pest on potato Solanum tuberosum
Abstract:An assay in laboratory to transfer aphid among plant species revealed that apterous viviparous females in Macrosiphum rosivorum can survive and rapidly reproduce offsprings in the seedlings of Solanum tuberosum. This indicates that M. rosivorum is a potential aphid pest on potato. Moreover, the toxicities of several insecticides were tested using foliage-immersing method. The results showed that imidachloprid, acetamiprid, sulfoxaflor and pymetrozine had high toxicities to apterous viviparous females. These findings indicate that these conventional insecticides can be used to control M. rosivorum during growing season.
