摘    要:针对手工施肥中存在施肥量不准确、工作效率低、劳动强度大等问题,本文研制了一种智能化定量颗粒施肥器,该施肥器通过单片机控制集成盒和电动球阀将肥料箱内的颗粒化肥进行定量分配,于不同作物的不同生长时期,通过设置单片机的脉冲数值调整施肥量,实现对每株作物的定量精准施肥,可降低人力劳动强度,提高施肥效率与精准度。

The intelligent quantitative granular fertilizer applicator controlled by electric ball valve
Abstract:in view of the existed problems in manual fertilization such as fertilizer rate inaccuracy, low efficiency, high labor intensity, developed a kind of intelligent quantitative granular fertilizer applicator, the fertilizer applicator controlled by single chip microcomputer integrated box and electric ball valve, the fertilizer applicator can fertilize in the granular fertilizer distribution quantitatively, to different crops in different growth period, can adjust the fertilizer rate by setting the microcontroller pulse value for each crop quantitative precision fertilization, can reduce human labor intensity, improve the efficiency of fertilizer and the accuracy of fertilizer.
