| 摘 要： | 以蜡梅属3种(蜡梅、柳叶蜡梅、浙江蜡梅)为材料,进行种间杂交实验,通过荧光镜检技术观察种间杂交授粉后花粉在柱头上的附着与花粉管萌发情况,探讨蜡梅属种间杂交亲和性。结果表明:各个种间杂交组合处理所授花粉均可在母本的柱头上附着并萌发花粉管;蜡梅属不同种间杂交组合之间花粉管的生长特性较为一致:在6h左右父本花粉在母本柱头上黏附,在12h左右萌发出花粉管而后在花柱内生长,到第4d,花粉管进入胚囊完成受精作用。荧光镜检结果说明:蜡梅属种间杂交具有一定的亲和性,但是最终没有获得杂种种子,可能是在受精卵或幼胚的后期发育过程中代谢紊乱而败育。

| Abstract: | We conducted interspecific hybridization between three species of Chimonanthus(C.praecox,C.salicifolius and C.zhejiangensis) from October to December in 2007 and 2008 in order to obtain interspecific cross compatibility.Fluorescence microscopy was used to observe pollen attachment on stigmas and their germination and growth after pollination.Results showed that the pollen(male) could attach and germinate on stigmas(female) for five combinations of interspecific hybridization.The pollen germination and growt... |
