摘    要:通过盆栽试验研究了施钙对酸性土壤5个品种莴笋(润农、挂丝红、双尖、二白皮、尖叶)产量和品质的影响.结果表明,增施钙肥使各品种莴笋产量提高且达显著(极)差异;施用钙肥二白皮莴笋品质提高明显,硝酸盐含量在5个品种中最低,维生素C在低肥、高肥处理中含量最高,可溶性糖、氨基酸含量在施钙水平下有所降低;挂丝红莴笋在4个处理中产量均为最高,并以N20P5K15Ca37处理的莴笋品质好,硝酸盐含量降低8.5%,维生素C含量增加32.9%,可溶性糖含量增加45.3%,氨基酸含量增加125.2%.

Abstract:A pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of Ca application on the yield and quality of 5 cultivars of lettuce (Lacutuca sativa L. var. augustana Irish). The yield of all the cultivars studied increased (highly) significantly with the application of Ca fertilizer. Ca markedly improved the quality of the cultivar Erbaipi, with the lowest nitrate among the 5 cultivars. It had the highest vitamin C content in the low and high Ca rate treatments; however, its soluble sugars and amino acids slightly decreased with Ca application. The cultivar Guasihong gave the highest yield in all the 4 Ca rate treatments, and its quality was the best in the treatment of N_20P_5K_(15)Ca_(37). In this treatment, its nitrate content decreased by 8.5% while its vitamin C, soluble sugars and amino acids increased by 32.9%, 45.3% and 125.2%, respectively.
