菜豆炭疽病菌致病力相关因素的研究

摘    要:菜豆炭疽病抗病育种工作重中之重是抗原亲本的筛选。抗性鉴定多采用苗期接种鉴定,国内外业已有报道,为使抗性鉴定更准确,更简便易操作,在相关报道的基础上,针对炭疽病菌不同培养温度,不同培养时间,不同接种浓度,不同培养基培养的炭疽病菌等诸多因素与致病力的相关性进行试验研究分析,结果表明,炭疽病菌在21~23 ℃的MA培养基上培养15~20天,以2.56×106个孢子/ml接种浓度,病斑出现早,病菌致病力最强。

Abstract:It is the most important work of screening the parent on breeding of Phaseouus Vulgaris L. resistance to Anthracnose. There have been many reported about the identification of resistance to the use of appraisal seedling inoculation at home and abroad. In order to more accurately identify the resistant, easy to operate, based on the relevant research, the author researches the relevant the Pathogenicity to other factors, such as the anthrax bacteria were inoculated in different temperatures, in different culture, in different vaccination, and etc. The results show that it is early for spot to appear, and at the same time the pathogenic is the strongest, when the anthrax bacteria were cultured in 21~23 ℃ of the MA medium about 15~20 days, the concentration of vaccination is about 2.56 × 106 spores / ml.
