设施栽培对玉米DUS测试性状及产量相关性状表达的影响

摘    要:为了探究大棚设施栽培对玉米新品种特异性、一致性和稳定性(简称DUS)测试性状及产量相关性状表达的影响,本文以香花糯6号和新华珍303(甜)两份玉米种子为材料,将其在大棚设施条件下栽培,设在露地条件下栽培为对照,对其部分DUS测试性状及产量相关性状表达进行观测分析。结果表明:大棚设施栽培对两份材料的质量性状、假质量性状、目测型数量性状表达均无显著影响,而对其测量型数量性状的表达有不同程度的影响;大棚设施栽培条件下,糯玉米的穗粒重降低了14.9%,而其百粒重提高了13.6%,但甜玉米的穗粒重和百粒重都有所降低。

Abstract:This study explored the effects of greenhouse facility cultivation on the expression of characteristics in distinctness, uniformity, stability and related characteristics in yield of Zea rnays L. and the field cultivation was used as control. Two varieties of corn ('xianghuanuo No.6' and 'xinhuazhen 303') were applied as materials. The results showed that there were no significant differences on expression of qualitative characteristics, pseudo-qualitative characteristics and visual quantitative characteristics of the two materials, but there were obvious differences on most of the expression of measurement quantitative characteristics under the greenhouse facility cultivation. In addition, the spike kernel weight of waxy maize reduced by 14.9%, its hundred grain weight increased by 13.6%, but both the spike kernel weight and hundred grain weight of sweet corn reduced under the greenhouse facility cultivation.
