摘    要:指出利用谷物联合收机收获油菜时割台部分存在因分禾拉扯和拨禾轮打击而造成损失大的问题,提出了在未割边加装竖直切割器和改变拨禾轮参数的解决办法。通过计算机模拟分析和优化选择进行收获油菜的割台设计,并通过实验验证了方案实施的效果。

Abstract:When a grain combine harvester is used for rape, there exists the problem of great header loss because rape sticks are hard to be divided and rape pods are easy to burst under the impact of the reel spoke. To improve its harvesting performance for rape the measures of installing vertical cutterbar on the uncutting side of the header and changing working parameters of the reel spoke were taken. The header was redesigned by computer simulation and parameter optimization and the result was proved by test in field.
