汽车离合器膜片弹簧的优化设计

摘    要:膜片弹簧的优化设计可采用多种不同的设计方案和模型,本文采用罚函数法(SUMT)对其进行优化设计,建立汽车膜片弹簧离合器的数学模型。实例表明,应用此模型优化后的膜片弹簧各决策变量的值明显优于利用传统经验公式设计所得的结果。

Abstract:There are many methods and models for optimization design of diaphragm spring. This paper didoptimization design of diaphragm through the application of SUMT (Sequential Unconstrained MinimizationTechnique). The authors established the mathematics model and got result by an example. The result showedthat the diaphragm spring have better solution by this method than by traditional method.
