| 摘 要： | 本文通过药敏试验分析了临床分离的28株蛋鸡败血型大肠杆菌对14种药物的耐药性,结果表明,头孢唑啉钠、壮观霉素和阿米卡星对败血型大肠杆菌高度敏感性分别为89．3%、89．3%和82．1%,而大多数菌株对临床上常用的抗生素如阿莫西林、四环素、环丙沙星、氧氟沙星、庆大霉素等都产生了明显的耐药性。

| Abstract: | The objective of this study was to estimate tolerance of 14 antibiotic by drug-sensitivity experiment for 28 strains Escherichia coli which were separated from clinical.The result showed that sensitivity of Cephazoline(CZ),Spectinomycin (SPT),Amikaein(AN)was high sensitivity to 89.3%, 89.3%, 82.1%,respectively,but in common use to clinical antibiotic, for instance Amoxicilin(AMX),Tetracycline(TE),Ciprofloxacin(CIP),Ofloxacin(OFL),Gentamycin(GM)was tolerance. |
