苯醚甲环唑·甲基硫菌灵65%可湿性粉剂高效液相色谱分析

摘    要:采用高效液相色谱外标法,以甲醇-水作为流动相,用Hypersil BDS C18柱和紫外检测器,分析苯醚甲环唑.甲基硫菌灵复配制剂。结果表明:苯醚甲环唑和甲基硫菌灵的标准偏差分别为0.10和0.12;变异系数分别为0.39%和0.30%;平均回收率均为99.1%。

Abstract:With the methanol-water as the mobile phase,the HPLC external standard method was used to analyze the complex of difenoconazole and thiophanate-methyl by BDS C18 column and UV detection.The results showed that the standard deviations of difenoconazole and thiophanate-methyl were 0.10 and 0.12 respectively with the coefficients of variation as 0.39% and 0.30%;their average recoveries were 99.1%.
