多缸柴油机起动过程的计算机仿真

摘    要:考虑影响起动过程的各种因素,建立了一个多缸柴油机起动过程的计算机仿真模型。对一台多缸柴油机进行了仿真计算,计算结果与实测值较为吻合。研究了几个设计参数、运转参数和环境状态对起动过程的影响,表明这种仿真方法对于参数的变化很敏感,可以用于多缸柴油机起动性能的研究。

Abstract:Starting characteristics of internal combustion engines has a great effect on the reliable operation, durable service life, economical fuel consumption and convenient application. Many factors contribute to successful starting. Computerized simulations on starting process of engines are valuable tools in reducing the amount of the experimental work and in providing the ability to generalize results in a quantitative manner. In this paper, a computerized simulation model on starting process of multi-cylinder diesel engines was developed. The various factors that affect starting process of diesel engines--starter torque, engine dynamic, friction resistance torque, cylinder inner thermodynamic, heat transfer loss, cylinder gas leak and governor dynamic, were taken into consideration in the model. The simulation calculation was carried out for a practical multi-cylinder diesel engine. The calculated result accorded well with the experimental one. The effects of several design parameters, operation parameters and ambient condition, on starting were also simulated. The results show that this simulation model is sensitive to the independent effect of the parameters, and can be used in studying diesel starting characteristics.
