摘    要:根据甘肃黄土高原区城市雨洪资源利用实际情况,利用层次分析法构建由3个层次35个评估因子组成的城市雨洪资源利用状况的指标体系,提出了城市雨洪资源利用状况评判标准和具体评价方法。评价结果显示,经济合理性对甘肃黄土高原区城市雨洪资源利用的影响最大,技术可行性和社会适应性次之,影响最小的是生态环境合理性。该4因素相互关联、共同影响城市雨洪资源利用综合状况,且评价结果与实际情况基本相符。

Abstract:According to real conditions of utilization of urban rainwater resource in Loess Plateau of Gansu province,an indicator system composed of three hierarchies with 35 factors was established to evaluate the utilization of urban rainwater resource.The indicators were quantified by classification,and the weights of all factors were calculated by the method of analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Criterion and specific methods were proposed to judge the status of utilization of urban rainwater resource in Loess Plateau of Gansu province.The evaluation results indicated that for utilization of urban rainwater resource,the economic rationality factors were the dominant ones,the eco-environment rationality factors were the least ones,and the technical feasibility and social adaptiveness factors were intermediate ones.These four types of factors interrelated with each other,and in combination affected the utilization of urban rainwater resource.
