| 摘 要： | 根据大枣的贮藏要求,将热泵低温干燥与机械冷藏两种不同的贮藏方式有机结合,开发了热泵干燥与冷藏保鲜技术.为此,对热泵干燥与冷藏保鲜技术和系统做了详细介绍.该系统可以降低运行费用,提高设备利用率,具有显著的节能环保效果.
