从经济学角度探讨了野生动物资源的就地保护,并从宏观上分析了我国野生动物资源的就地保护政策,探讨了建立野生动物资源就地保护有效市场机制的必要性和有效措施。认为我国现行野生动物就地保护政策难以充分发挥其潜在作用,而野生动物就地保护的市场机制可以充分调动当地居民保护野生动物的积极性,大大有助于达到保护野生动物的目的。

Discussion on Market Mechanism of In-situ Conservation for Wildlife Resources

In-situ conservation of wildlife resources is discussed from economic view.The in-situ conservation policy for wildlife resources is analysed macroscopically,and the necessity and effective measures of establishing market mechanism of in-situ conservation for wildlife resources are discussed.Result indicates that the present in-situ conservation of wildlife resources in China is hard to realize its potential functions.While market mechanism of in-situ conservation for wildlife resources can adequately mobilize the positivities of local people to protect wildlife,which helps to achieve the aim of wildlife protection.
