| 摘 要： | 根据撑绿竹症状特征和病原菌形态特征等特点,撑绿竹炭疽病的病原菌鉴定为半知菌亚门刺盘孢属Colletotrichum coccodes(Wallr.)Huges。供试的10种杀菌剂对病原菌菌丝的抑制作用结果表明,室内药剂筛选试验以10%世高WG、50%多菌灵WP、60%茄苯得WP和80%炭疽福美抑制效果最好,50%氯溴异氰尿酸、64%福乐尔、78%科博、64%三乙膦酸铝WP,65%代森锌抑菌率相对较低,50%福美双抑菌率最差。

| Abstract: | According to the characteristics such as the symptom characteristics of Bamdusa pervariabilis Grandis Nin and the morphological characteristics of pathogen,the pathogen of anthracnose in Bamdusa pervariabilis Grandis Nin was identified as Colletotrichum coccodes(Wallr.) Huges,Colletotrichum spp.,Deuteromycotina.The results of the inhibitory effect of 10 tested bactericides on the hypha of pathogen showed that the inhibitory effects of 10% difenoconazole WG,50% carbendazim WP,60% Jiabende WP and 80%ziram-thiram were best in the indoor medicament screening test,the bacteriostasis rate of 50% chlorobromoisocyanuric acid,64% Fuleer,78%cuprofix,64% fosetyl-aluminium WP and 65% Zineb were relatively lower and that of 50% thiram was worst. |
