试论国营林场承包责任制的建立与健全

本文介绍漳州市二十个国营林场在育苗、造林、森林管护、木材生产、 汽车运输、果树等农副业、工业和商业以及职能部门等方面所采取的承包责任制的做法。 通过实行多种形式的承包责任制,给林场经营增添了活力,解放了生产力,促进了林业生产。其优越性表现:1、充分调动了职工的劳动积极性。2、生产质量大有提高。3、有利于保护森林资源。4、推动产业结构合理调整。

An Aproach to the Establishing and Prefecting of the Responsibility System of the State Fores Farm

In this paper ,a method of contract responsible system was introduced for grow seedlings ,afforeslation,management and protection of forest ,wood-produce ,cart-load of woods .agriculture and sideline like fruit tree,mdustry .commerce and functional department in twenty state forestry farms of Zhangzhou.By practising many different forms of contract responsible system.the forestry farm has taken on new look providing vigour,emancipating productive forces,promoting forestry production the advantages of whigh are as follows. 1)staffmenbers;inittiative into full play 2)to enhance produce quality.3)to advantage protection of forestry resources.4)to push for ward adjustment rationally of estate structure.
