| 摘 要： | 主要介绍了食品辐照加工技术的特点、发展概况以及食品辐照技术在食品贮藏加工中的地位和作用控制。利用辐照灭菌这一冷加工技术,合理控制辐照工艺,可以杀灭食品中的微生物,使产品达到国家卫生标准。

| Abstract: | Summary:In this article, we mainly introduced the characteristics and the development of foodstuff irradiation and its position and functions in foodstuff produce and starage. Taking advantage of this cold processing technology-irradiation sterilization, we can perish the microbe in foodstuff by controlling the irradiation moderately, and make the production reached the National Standards of Sanitation. |
