摘    要:为了寻找一种能够科学高效地将小站稻秸秆用于秸秆还田的方法,并将其作为一种储备技术,本研究在全国4个地区地土壤中进行取样,通过富集培养、刚果红水解圈比较、羧甲基纤维素酶活力与滤纸酶活力的测定,筛选具有高纤维素酶活力的菌株,为关于小站稻秸秆高效处理的研究提供理论基础和技术支持。研究结果表明:共筛选出了39株具有较强纤维素酶活力的菌株,菌株F1的羧甲基纤维素酶活力和滤纸酶活力显著高于其他菌株,分别为5.228U/mL与4.183U/mL。

Abstract:In order to find a scientific and efficient method for using Xiaozhan rice straw for straw returning to the field, and to use it as a reserve technology, this study sampled soil samples from four regions across the country. Through enrichment culture, comparison of Congo red hydrolysis circles, and determination of carboxymethyl cellulose enzyme activity and filter paper enzyme activity, strains with high cellulase activity were screened, provide theoretical basis and technical support for the research on efficient treatment of rice straw in Xiaozhan. The research results showed that a total of 39 strains with strong cellulase activity were screened, and the carboxymethyl cellulase activity and filter paper enzyme activity of strain F1 were significantly higher than those of other strains, with values of 5.228U/mL and 4.183U/mL, respectively.
