HPLC测定野葛中葛根素含量的研究

摘    要:[目的]建立野葛中葛根素含量的测定方法。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法,Diamonsil C18(250.0 mm×4.6 mm,5.0μm),流动相为甲醇∶水(80∶10,V/V),紫外检测波长250 nm。[结果]葛根素在0.242~2.420 mg/ml范围内线性关系良好,加样回收率为99.29%。[结论]该法简便、快速、重复性好,可用于测定野葛中葛根素含量。

Abstract:[Objective] The determination of puerarin content of Pueraria lobata(Willd) was established.[Method]HPLC was adopted.The analysis was performed on a Diamonsil C18 column.The mobile phase was methanol-water(80∶10,V/V).The detection wavelength was 250 nm.[Result] The linear range of 0.242-2.42 mg/ml was good.The average recovery was 99.29%.[Conclusion] The method is simple and rapid,and it could be used for the quantitative analysis of puerarin in Pueraria lobata(Willd).
