哈茨木霉T2-16代谢产物诱导豇豆幼苗抗枯萎病研究

摘    要:为探明木霉代谢产物对植物病害的拮抗机制,用哈茨木霉T2-16菌株发酵代谢产物对豇豆种子进行了浸种处理,并在温室条件下于幼苗期注射法接种枯萎病菌,结果表明,该代谢产物可诱导豇豆幼苗产生对枯萎病的获得抗性.其叶片中的过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)和苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)的活性均增强,并在某一时段显著高于未经木霉代谢产物浸种的对照,枯萎病发病率也极显著低于对照,对该病的防效可达73.6%.

Abstract:The fermentation filtrate of Trichoderma harzianum T2-16 was applied in cowpea by seed soaking.In greenhouse tests,the treated cowpea seedlings at 6~7 leaf stage was inoculated with Fusarium oxysporum.The defensive enzyme activities of peroxidase (POD),polyphenol oxidase (PPO) and phenylalanine ammonia-lyase (PAL) in cowpea seedling leaf pretreated with the T2-16 strain were increased after inoculation with the pathogen.The activities of PPO in T2-16 treated cowpea seeds was significantly higher than that in untreated one at 7 d after inoculation,and the activities of POD,PAL in T2-16 treated cowpea seeds was significantly higher than that in untreated one at 12 d after inoculation with F.oxysporum.The results also showed T2-16 treated cowpea seeds reduced the rates of diseased and disease index.The efficiency of resistance to the pathogen was 73.6%.The fermentation metabolic product of Trichoderma harzianum T2-16 could induce resistance of cowpea seedlings to F.oxysporum.
