无芒雀麦种子发育过程中的生理生化变化

摘    要:在河北省承德市鱼儿山牧场中国农业大学科技攻关实验站,以种植两年的无芒雀麦为试验材料,研究种子发育过程中含水量、重量和营养物质等生理生化的变化。试验结果表明,无芒雀麦种子发育过程中含水量呈现逐渐下降的阶段性变化,而种子干重则逐渐增加,在盛花期后29d达到生理成熟,含水量为57.5%。种子内可溶性糖含量随种子发育成熟逐渐减少,而种子内淀粉含量则逐渐增加。无芒雀麦种子内IAA、GA、ABA含量高峰在种子发育过程中顺序出现。

Abstract:The experiments were conduted at Yuershan Farm of Chengde City in Hebei province to study the physiogical and biochemical changes during seed development of smooth bromegrass growing for two years. Seed moisture content dropped from about 70% to about 16% including two phases during the seed development of smooth bromegrass. Seed physiological maturity was comploted in 29 days after peak anthesis with seed dry weight increased gradually. Seed soluble sugar content decreased gradually with smooth bromegrass seed developing, on the contrary, starch content increased. The maximum hormone content during the seed development of smooth bromegrass were appeared orderly, first IAA and last ABA.
