| 摘 要： | 目前世界上大多数国家普遍采用了“三次产业”结构分类法,作为国民经济生产部门分类的依据。我国在1985年颁布的“七五”计划中,也第一次按“三次产业”分类法进行国民经济生产总值的统计。这种方法能够反映出一个国家经济发展的水平,是一种比较科学的方法。本文按照这种分类法,用大量的事实和数据,论述了第一、第二和第三产业的辩证关系,尤其对农业的战略地位论述的比较透彻。文中列举的发达和发展中国家发展农业的经验教训,对我国农业现代化有参考意义.

The Dialelical Relation Between the Development of the First Inustry and the Second and the Third Industries |

| Abstract: | The author has expounded the dialelical relation between the development of the first industry and the second and the third industries from a lot of facts and data, with special reference to the strategic position of the agriculture. Besides, some foreign experiences in developing agriculture of some developed and developing countries mentioned in this paper might be quite useful for us. |
