摘    要:利用激光细度测定仪和显微投影仪分别检测了国际毛纺协会实验室提供的标准毛条、实验室比对毛条、随机抽取的含脂毛共20个样品的细度,对检测结果比对分析发现,两种方法均可达到羊毛细度检测标准的要求;认为具有相同检测项目的不同仪器间进行比对试验是一种简单易行,及时找到系统误差的好方法;同时得出,在目前多数毛纺织企业和检测机构尚无激光细度仪时,可完全采用显微投影仪进行检测.

Abstract:Two fiber inspecting instruments including the laserscan and microprojector were introduced briefly.Fiber diameters of 20 samples provided by the International Wool Association Lab and China Fiber Inspecting Bureau and abstracted by ourselves were measured with them.Through analyzing inspecting results,it was indicated that difference of inspecting results by two instruments wasn't remarkable.At the same time,similary tests were feasible and could find systematic error.In addition,the microprojector could completely replaced the laserscan for current fiber inspecting of wool.
