摘    要:在盆栽水分胁迫条件下,对高羊茅的6个辐射变异株系G-4,G-6,G-8,G-9,G-12,G-G13的抗旱性生理指标进行比较研究,并以干旱胁迫下的成活率、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、叶绿素、叶片相对含水量、丙二醛、脯氨酸作为抗旱性测定的指标。结果表明,G-8,G-9,G-G13这3个变异株系的抗旱性显著强于对照品种爱瑞3号高羊茅与其他3个变异株系。

Abstract:A pot trial was conducted under the condition of water stresses with six radiated festuca variant strains and(G-4,G-6,G-8,G-9,G-12,G-13) as materials to compare drought resistance physiological indexes,and 7 physiological and biochemical indexes including the survival rates of drought stress,soluble sugar,soluble protein,chlorophyll,the relative water content of leaves,MDA,praline were determined.The results show,G-8,G-9,G-G13 three variant strains had significant drought resistances compared to the control and the other three variant strains.
