摘    要:采用平板涂抹法研究了不同培养基种类对醋酸菌生长效果的影响.结果表明:啤酒培养基培养醋酸杆菌能缩短增殖时间,提高产酸量,更有利于壮株的培育.啤酒培养基培养醋酸菌的活菌数较常用培养基提高1.07 倍,培养时间缩短4h.醋酸菌利用啤酒培养及在30℃下培养20 h,菌数可达960 × 10 CFU/mL.

Abstract:Effect of different medium on acetic acid bacteria growth was studied by plate paint isolation method. The result showed that, beer medium for the proliferation of acetic acid bacteria could shorten the time and increase acid production, more conducive to the cultivation of strong strains. In beer medium the viable cell counts of acetic acid bacteria was about 1.07 times higher than the common medium, and the culture time shortened 4 h. The viable cell counts of acetic acid bacteria reached 960 × 10 CFU/ml in the beer medium at 30℃ for 20 h.
