| 摘 要： | 慈利县中德财政合作造林项目经过近十年的建设,取得可喜的成就,而在项目实施过程中因技术、资金、经营机制等原因制约项目的发展.提出了加强后期管理技术,实现可持续经营,完善经营机制,强化技术培训,旨在提高造林成效,规范管理,进一步指导森林经营者从事项目后期经营管理有着十分现实和长远意义.

| Abstract: | Sino-German Afforestation Project in Cili County has made gratifying achievements after nearly 10 years＇ construction. While in the process of project implementation, the factors such as technology, funds and management mechanism confine the development of the project. This article puts forward that we should strengthen the later stage management, realize the sustainable operation, perfect operating mechanism, and reinforce technology training so as to improve afforestation performance, standardize management and further improve the later stage management performance. This article has profound and practical significance in further guiding forest management departments to carry out operation. |
