广东桑树多倍体及其育种研究的进展

普查了五个桑种３６０份材料，获得三倍体桑１８份，四倍体桑１份，六倍体桑９份；建立了应用秋水仙素处理广东桑杂种实生苗（有性系）诱导四倍体的技术程序，首次育成广东桑四倍体１０２份；研究其性状，选出具有高产、优质、种子结实性高的四倍体材料一批；并利用亲本，初步育成具有高产、优质三倍体桑杂交组合７个，提供生产鉴定示范。

GUANGDONG POLYPLOIDY MULBERRIES AND THEIR BKEEDING PROGRESS

After 360 materials from 5 species of Guangdong mulberries(Morus atropurpureaRoxb ) being investigated,18 triploids,1 tetraploid and 9 diploids were obtained. Thetechnical procedures for inducing tetraploids by using colchicine treatment on the hybridseedlings of Morus atropurpurea Roxb were established. For the first time, 102 materi-als of tetraploids ofM, atropurpurea Roxb were obtained. By studying their main char-acters, a group of tetraploidy materials with high yield, good quality and high seedy a-bility were selected.Then using these materials as parents, 7 cross combinations oftriploids have been bred and have been provided for the assessment of demonstrativeproductio
